Picnic in Pleasantville is our own version of a well known Fab Five quilt pattern. Brightly printed and angled shapes in various sizes merge together in an interesting arrangement of bands, set against a highly quilted rich green background, and surround a panel of picnicking families. The finished product measures 63 x 50 inches and presents the impression of peering out a shuttered window watching families at play in a more innocent time. Kids especially would enjoy the fine detail and interesting fabric combinations of this one-of-a-kind quilt.
